What does WeeksOut cost promoters?
Nothing. No subscription, no setup fee, no cut of your entry fees — you keep 100%, paid directly through Stripe. (Athletes pay a small booking fee at checkout, so the platform stays free for you to run.)
When do I get paid?
As athletes register. Entry fees settle straight to your Stripe account — not into a platform ledger after the show. Payouts to your bank follow your normal Stripe schedule.
Do judges need special hardware?
No. Judges rank from their own phones in the browser. Each rank is used exactly once — duplicate placements are impossible by construction.
What happens if the venue Wi-Fi dies?
Judging and check-in keep working. Everything saves to the device first and syncs when signal returns. A class cannot be confirmed until every judge's card is in, so nothing is lost and nothing publishes early.
Can athletes enter more than one class?
Yes — crossovers are added at checkout, priced per class, and counted per class on your entry list. You set the crossover rules when you create the show.
Does it score the way my federation scores?
Scoring profiles default per federation — rank-based judging, high/low drops, the standard tie-break chain — and are adjustable per show.
How do results get published?
The head judge confirms each class, and the public results page updates that moment — never before. The link is shareable and spectators need no login.
What about refunds?
Your refund policy, set per show. Entry-fee refunds follow it and reverse correctly through Stripe. The athlete booking fee is non-refundable by default, disclosed at checkout.
