Terms of Service

These terms cover use of the WeeksOut marketing site (getweeksout.com) and, where noted, the WeeksOut application at app.getweeksout.com ("the App"). By using either, you agree to these terms.

1. What WeeksOut is

WeeksOut is show-management software for bodybuilding promoters: online registration, payments, music handling, check-in, judging, and live results. WeeksOut is a software provider — we are not a federation, promoter, or party to any competition, and we do not set or enforce competition rules.

2. Accounts

Promoters, judges, and athletes access the App through accounts at app.getweeksout.com. You're responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Fees and payments

WeeksOut is free for promoters to use: no subscription, no setup fee, and no cut of entry fees. Athletes pay a small platform booking fee at checkout, disclosed before payment, which funds the platform. Entry fees settle directly to the promoter's own Stripe account — WeeksOut does not hold entry-fee funds. Refunds follow the refund policy each promoter sets for their show; the athlete booking fee is non-refundable by default unless stated otherwise at checkout.

4. Promoter responsibilities

Promoters are responsible for their show: eligibility rules, federation compliance, scoring configuration, venue and safety matters, and communicating with athletes and judges. WeeksOut provides the tools; the promoter runs the competition.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App or this site for any unlawful purpose.
• Interfere with the platform's operation, attempt to bypass its security, or access data you're not authorized to see.
• Upload content you don't have rights to, including posing music uploaded for judging.
• Misrepresent your identity or results.

6. Judging and results

Judging data and results are recorded and published as entered by judges and confirmed by the head judge through the App. WeeksOut provides the recording and publication mechanism; disputes over scoring calls or federation rules are the promoter's and federation's responsibility, not WeeksOut's.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the App available, including offline-tolerant check-in and judging that syncs when connectivity returns, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We're not liable for delays or losses caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including venue connectivity.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The App and this site are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeeksOut is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App or this site, including disputes between promoters, judges, and athletes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App for accounts that violate these terms. Promoters may stop using the App at any time.

10. Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. Continued use of the App or this site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
